Day-Of Coordination

You plan it, we run it—stress leaves the building and we bring your vision to life! No need to worry about everything being put in it’s place or ensuring the timing of your event is going smoothly. We’re there for the entire event to make sure that from the grand entrance, to the final song of the night, everything feels flawless.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

You’ve collected items to take to the venue and bring home after. We can help take additional time and energy off your plate with pick-up and drop-off services*

Pricing

  • We’ll use this time to discuss your event, where help is needed and if we are a good fit.

  • *Varies based on complexity of event and timeline window.

    Includes:

    • 3 - 60 minute in-person or virtual chats to ensure every detail is accounted for, provide resources, & troubleshoot together.

    • A pre-determined start and end time for the Day of Coordinator(s).

    • Build a detailed day-of timeline

    • Supervise/assist venue setup and decor placement.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors day-of.

    • Cue key timeline moments & keep the schedule moving on time.

    • Handle behind-the-scenes issues discreetly.

    • Manage cleanup and vendor pack-out.

    • Secure gifts and personal belongings.

    • Distribute final payments and vendor tips.

    • Pick-up/drop-off of items for event and/or after event - $50 per trip

    • Pick-up/drop-off of any food/beverage - $75 per trip
